CleanRiver is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier after shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at online@cleanriver.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. CleanRiver is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
